Your space should feel perfect and we want you to be happy with your purchase on wellfor.com, so we offer a 30-day return policy on all of our orders if you feel the item doesn't satisfy your home decor. You can initiate a return or exchange up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
Replacement Policy:
After you receive our products if there are any parts missing or damaged, please send an email to service@wellfor.com. We will appreciate it if you can attach some pictures in the email to show us accurately the missing or damaged parts and also mention the order number and contact details. After receiving your replacement request Email, we will send you the replacements as soon as possible if we still have stock of those parts, and the delivery cost of the replacements will be borne by us. If out of stock, we will find a solution for you.
Cancellation Policy:
Usually we process orders within 1-2 business days, so early cancellation will be appreciated. If your order has not been shipped, we will arrange a full refund. If the order is already in transit, we need to contact the shipping company to recall the order and then arrange a full refund for you. If the recall fails, please refuse delivery acceptance from UPS and Fedex upon the arrival of your products. Once the item is confirmed and routed back to us, your full refund will be processed within 1-3 business days.
Exchange Policy:
You can exchange any product in your order within 30 days after delivery. The shipping fee for the first replacement item is free. If you decide to exchange the product again (ie more than once), you will be responsible for shipping fee for both shipment and return. All exchanges need to be made with the original packaging. Our team will work with you to coordinate a day and time that works to simultaneously drop off your new item and pick up your exchange. If the item you are exchanging for costs less than the original item, we’ll refund the difference to your credit card. If the new item costs more, we will charge the difference while setting up the exchange.
Return Policy:
If you think your product is not suitable, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. To start a return, please visit your order and send us an Email about your return request. Your order number, return reason and pictures are required to be included in the Email. After receiving your return request Email, we will provide a return address for you.
Please ensure that the product is brand new and unused. All returns must be made using the original packaging. If the return is caused by the buyer, the buyer should be responsible for the return shipping charge. If you return it because there is a quality-related problem or the wrong items were delivered, please send us an email with some photos documenting damages (if applicable), Wellfor will cover the return shipping charge.
Once the item returns to our warehouse, our team will inspect it. If it is brand new, the full amount refund will be made within 1-3 working days. Any damaged, worn, or altered items may be refused or result in an adjustment to your refund, we will work with you to find a solution.
