Replacement Policy:

We will appreciate it if you can attach some pictures in the email to show us accurately the missing or damaged parts and also mention the order number and contact details. After receiving your replacement request Email, we will send you the replacements as soon as possible if we still have stock of those parts, and the delivery cost of the replacements will be borne by us. If out of stock, we will find a solution for you.
Cancellation Policy:
Usually we process orders within 1-2 business days, so early cancellation will be appreciated. If your order has not been shipped, we will arrange a full refund. If the order is already in transit, we need to contact the shipping company to recall the order and then arrange a full refund for you. If the recall fails, please refuse delivery acceptance from UPS and Fedex upon the arrival of your products. Once the item is confirmed and routed back to us, your full refund will be processed within 1-3 business days.
Exchange Policy:
You can exchange any product in your order within 30 days after delivery. The shipping fee for the first replacement item is free. If you decide to exchange the product again (ie more than once), you will be responsible for shipping fee for both shipment and return. All exchanges need to be made with the original packaging. Our team will work with you to coordinate a day and time that works to simultaneously drop off your new item and pick up your exchange. Return Policy:
If you think your product is not suitable, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. To start a return, please visit your order and send us an Email about your return request. Your order number, return reason and pictures are required to be included in the Email. After receiving your return request Email, we will provide a return address for you.
