After receiving your replacement request Email, we will send you the replacements as soon as possible if we still have stock of those parts, and the delivery cost of the replacements will be borne by us. If out of stock, we will find a solution for you.

Cancellation Policy：

Usually we process orders within 1-2 business days, so early cancellation will be appreciated. If your order has not been shipped, we will arrange a full refund. If the order is already in transit, we need to contact the shipping company to recall the order and then arrange a full refund for you. If the recall fails, please refuse delivery acceptance from UPS and Fedex upon the arrival of your products. Exchange Policy：

You can exchange any product in your order within 30 days after delivery. The shipping fee for the first replacement item is free. Return Policy：

Your order number, return reason and pictures are required to be included in the Email. After receiving your return request Email, we will provide a return address for you.

Please ensure that the product is brand new and unused. All returns must be made using the original packaging. If the return is caused by the buyer, the buyer should be responsible for the return shipping charge. If you return it because there is a quality-related problem or the wrong items were delivered, please send us an email with some photos documenting damages (if applicable), Wellfor will cover the return shipping charge.
