Cancellation Policy：
Usually we process orders within 1-2 business days, so early cancellation will be appreciated. If your order has not been shipped, we will arrange a full refund. If the order is already in transit, we need to contact the shipping company to recall the order and then arrange a full refund for you. If the recall fails, please refuse delivery acceptance from UPS and Fedex upon the arrival of your products. Exchange Policy：
You can exchange any product in your order within 30 days after delivery. The shipping fee for the first replacement item is free. If you decide to exchange the product again (ie more than once), you will be responsible for shipping fee for both shipment and return. All exchanges need to be made with the original packaging. Our team will work with you to coordinate a day and time that works to simultaneously drop off your new item and pick up your exchange. If the item you are exchanging for costs less than the original item, we’ll refund the difference to your credit card. Return Policy：
If you think your product is not suitable, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. To start a return, please visit your order and send us an Email about your return request. Your order number, return reason and pictures are required to be included in the Email. After receiving your return request Email, we will provide a return address for you.

If the return is caused by the buyer, the buyer should be responsible for the return shipping charge.
